Refund and Returns Policy

At CGM Diabetic Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from CGM Diabetic Supplies (orders made through our website).

Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of processing the return and inspecting the product.

How to Request a Refund:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by CGM Diabetic Supplies (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item is safely delivered to us.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the unopened product, it will be inspected, and your refund (less the 25% restocking fee) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions:
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom orders or personalized products may not be eligible for a refund.
